Acceptance

By browsing controlpacketgrid.digital you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, close the site. Continuing after a change to this page is treated as acceptance of the revised wording. We will not hide material changes behind a vague “we may update from time to time” without dating this document; the date below is the one that applies.

Who we are

Controlpacketgrid is a teaching studio for app analytics, operated from 58 South Western Terrace; Milton; AB56 6QN; United Kingdom. Contact: 078 6552 5294 and info@controlpacketgrid.digital. References to “we”, “the studio”, and “the desk” mean that practice.

What this site is (and is not)

Pages describe programmes, fees, and methods. Fees are informational. There is no checkout, no cart, and no formation of a paid contract merely by submitting the enquiry form. A contract for a Clinic Ticket, Ledger Seat, Signal Term, or Private Observatory arises only if we send a written offer and you accept it in the manner stated on that invoice.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, layout, Telemetry Atlas plates as described here, and original diagrams are owned by Controlpacketgrid unless a credit says otherwise. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link. You may not copy modules, charters, or journal essays into a competing syllabus, scrape the site for training corpora, or present our naming rules as your productised framework.

Photographs are loaded from public image hosts and remain subject to their licences. Trade marks of analytics vendors mentioned in passing belong to their owners; mention is illustrative, not an endorsement.

Work you produce during a later paid term (your charter, your packet list) remains yours. Our teaching materials remain ours. We may refer, anonymously, to patterns observed in class unless your invoice says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, harvest addresses from pages, or submit the enquiry form with content that is unlawful, threatening, or a dump of other people’s personal data. We may ignore or delete submissions that look automated or abusive.

No professional advice

Journal essays and programme descriptions are teaching commentary, not legal, financial, or data-protection advice. United Kingdom regulation of personal data is discussed in outline only. You remain responsible for counsel of your own.

Liability

The site is provided as a public description of a studio. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, that every external image will load, or that a programme will run on a date implied by marketing language. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the United Kingdom, we exclude liability for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect loss arising from use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under United Kingdom law. If you later enter a paid contract, that contract’s liability clause governs the teaching itself; these website terms continue to govern browsing.

Third-party sites

Links to vendors, image hosts, or other studios are for orientation. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of the United Kingdom as applied in England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer habitually resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also rely on mandatory protections of that jurisdiction. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those consumer protections.
